We provide a variety options for each event to meet your unique needs. The Highland Park Community House is a preferred alternative to hotel and banquet sites because we offer you unmatched flexibility.

Rental fees include the use of our tables, chairs and equipment; set-up and break-down of tables and chairs provided by the Highland Park Community House, and an on-site manager for the day of your program or event. Our professional staff will be happy to help with planning as well as provide any additional assistance needed on the day of an event.

Any additional equipment needed for each event that the HPCH does not normally provide can be provided by the client and will be the responsibility of the client. Any linen requirements for each event are not included in the rental fee.

Catering

You are welcome to bring in the vendor, caterer, food/beverage of your choice making the Highland Park Community House affordable on all budgets. We can provide a list of vendors in the area who have successfully hosted events at the Community House.

Equipment Available to You at No Charge

The Highland Park Community House provides, as part of our rental agreement, the following equipment for use with your event. Should additional equipment be needed to accommodate your event, you are welcome to supply that equipment. We maintain the following inventory for use by our clients:

Misc. Terms & Conditions

A non-refundable deposit and a signed contract are needed to secure the venue for the date of your event with the balance on the room rental due at least ten business days prior to the event date.

Glitter, metal flakes, confetti, silly string and other similar items are prohibited. An additional clean-up charge will be added to the final bill should any of the items be used in your event.

The Highland Park Community House requires security and or chaperones for large parties of children and young adults at a ratio of 2 personnel per 100 children under 18.
